Please read carefully. By purchasing this product, the following conditions are entered into.
Programme/Service:
As a condition of participating in this programme, both the course provider BennisMusic, and you, the client, agree to be bound by, and to abide by the following policies and procedures.
As part of the programme, BennisMusic shall provide the following to you: a password-protected programme area. This programme area will include video, audio, and written material such as notation, worksheets, checklists other training and support materials. You shall have access to this programme-area for as long as this programme area exists. In the event that the provider intends to close the programme area, BennisMusic will provide the course participants with 30 days notice and the ability to download the resources contained within. This is what is referred to as a 'Lifetime Guarantee' in the marketing materials.
From time-to-time, BennisMusic will offer bonuses to individuals who sign up to the programme. You shall be entitled only to any bonuses offered to you at the time of your enrolment. BennisMusic reserves the right to vary these bonuses depending on specific promotions.
Fees:
To participate in this programme, you may choose between a single payment or 3 fortnightly payments. If you choose the payment plan, the initial payment will be paid when you purchase the course and your selected payment method will be automatically charged the following 2 payments on a fortnightly basis. In the event that a payment is not met, access to the course will be suspended. You will retain access to the password-protected programme area and the course materials that you have received up to the date the unmet payment was due.
Methods of Payment:

Confidentiality:
BennisMusic respects the privacy of its clients and will not disclose any of your information you provide to any third party. As a condition of participating in the course, you hereby agree to respect BennisMusic's confidential information. The content of this programme contains BennisMusic's proprietary methods, processes, forms, templates and other information. Your participation on this course does not result in the transfer of any intellectual property to you, and you agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other intellectual property protection.
You are granted a single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the course content and resources. You hereby agree that you will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found in the course.
Independent Contractor Status:
Nothing in this agreement shall be construed to form a partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship. BennisMusic is agreeing only to providing access to the course which provides education and information.
Force Majeure:
BennisMusic shall not be liable or responsible to you, nor be deemed to have defaulted this agreement, for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any term of this agreement when and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by or results from acts or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of BennisMusic including inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials, telecommunications breakdown or power outage.
Miscellaneous:
The information, software, products and service included or available through the course may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information on the course. BennisMusic and/or its suppliers may make improvements and/or changes to the course at any time. All such information, software, products, services, and related graphics are provided 'as is' without warranty or condition or any kind. If you are dissatisfied with the course, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the course.
Modification:
BennisMusic may modify the terms of this agreement at any time. All modifications will be posted on anitabennismusic.com and all purchasers will be notified.
Termination: BennisMusic reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the course and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, if you become disruptive to BennisMusic, if you fail to follow guidelines, or if you otherwise violate this agreement. You shall not be entitled to a refund of any portion of the fees and shall not be excused from any remaining payments under a payment plan in the event of such termination.
Earnings Disclaimer:
There is no guarantee that you will earn money using the techniques and ideas in these materials. Earning potential is entirely dependent on the person using our product, ideas and techniques.
